Hello Everyone,
Fr. Rob, Fr. John, Joshua and parish staff of Liam, Glen and Lorie are busy preparing to welcome you back to church. While the government has given permission for churches to reopen this weekend, Fr. Rob has decided to postpone the opening of Annunciation for at least one more week so that the proper protocols and procedures can be put in place in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Archdiocese and in accordance with the government directives.
In the coming week, you will receive information concerning things such as how to sign up to attend Sunday Mass, what you will need to do prior to arriving at church, what you will need to bring with you e.g. face masks, how physical distancing will be respected and how to receive Holy Communion.
You are reminded that the Bishop has granted a dispensation to all Catholics in the Archdiocese regarding Mass attendance during the pandemic. So please do not feel compelled to return to Mass in person until you are comfortable do so. We will continue to provide the Mass online for those of you who choose to remain at home at this time.
We recognize that some measures may feel strange or uncomfortable, however, following these measures to contain the virus will help ensure the safety of all parishioners. More information will come this week.
For this weekend, the Feast of Corpus Christi, please join our online mass by clicking the YouTube link below.
