The Year of St. Joseph
The Holy Father recently announced the Year of St. Joseph. Father Rob will be consecrating the parish to St. Joseph on March 19 at the 9:00 a.m. Mass.
We encourage you to prepare your hearts to celebrate the feast day by praying the St. Joseph Novena for the nine days beginning March 10. Formed.org is a great online source to learn more about St. Joseph. The film, “God’s Doorkeeper”, is one we recommend as it recalls the life of St. Brother Andre’s life of service to God at St. Joseph’s Oratory in Montreal.
Feast of the Annunciation of the Lord – Our Feast Day – March 25
The pandemic is not going to stop our parish community celebrating our parish feast day on Thursday, March 25. We will be celebrating Mass at 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Join us in person, on YouTube, or via Zoom. Registration to attend the 7 pm Mass, either in person or via Zoom, is now open. There is no pre-registration for the 9 am mass.
We encourage you to celebrate this wonderful day by having a special dinner with your family bubble. As it is the Solemnity of the Annunciation, this is a day when you are exempt from your Lenten observance. Have fun and your show gratitude to Mary by making a joyful noise in her honour!
Knights of Columbus Lenten Food Drive
Don’t forget to bring your food donations.
If you are able, please consider dropping off Non-perishable food items in the Parish hall in designated area on your way to Mass or anytime Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
