Children’s Good Friday Service – Follow Up

On Good Friday, Annunciation held its first Good Friday Service for children.  Let us continue to pray for the children and their families who attended that they never forget Jesus’ great love for them.  If your children participated in the service online, please feel free to download a copy of the colouring pages for them which contains drawings from the service for them to colour. We can display in the lobby any coloured pages that are sent back to the parish.

Divine Mercy Hour

With this Sunday being Divine Mercy Sunday, you are invited to participate in a Divine Mercy Hour at the parish from 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  No pre-registration is required, but you will be asked to provide contact information upon arrival at the parish.

Alpha – Who Will You Invite?

Easter is a time of new beginnings.  It is a time of renewal.  It is a time of a new life in Christ.  By our baptism, we are called to go out and spread the joy of the Gospel.  One way to do this is to invite someone to join you to attend Alpha online.  The next Alpha online will begin May 4 and you can register any time!  So, who will you invite?

Spring is sprung! Mark Your Calendars.

While it is too early to plant flowers, it is never too early to plant your rock in the Garden of Hope.  And while you are at it, why not dust off your lawn signs and plant them, too!

There is lots to do around the parish grounds to prepare for planting season.  On May 1st, we are planning to come together as a community to clean up not only the parish grounds but the playground behind the church (safely and respecting public health guidelines, of course).  Why not bring your rakes and your smiles and join us?

May is also the month of our Blessed Mother, Fr. Rob and Fr. John will pray the rosary following the 9:00 a.m. Mass on May 1st, and you are all invited.

There’s More

Following Easter, we will be returning to our regular schedule of masses, adult faith formation and confession times.
