Latest News on COVID-19
Early indications continue to be positive that some restrictions will soon ease. We are now entering a bit of a transition period. For example, provincial guidelines no longer require that contact information for people attending religious services needs to be collected or retained.
For those parishioners who have registered for Mass using the parish registration system, we will honour those registrations.
As the situation regarding COVID protocols is very fluid and subject to change with very short notice, we ask parishioners to regularly check the parish website for the latest information.
2021 Tax Receipts
Tax receipts will be available this Friday for pick up in the church hall. Any tax receipts not picked up following this weekend will be mailed out next week.

Synod 2021- 2023 – for a Synodol Church
The synod process is an opportunity for us to first, listen to members of our parish, to our community, and to those in every walk of life about what their personal experiences have been with our parish and the Catholic Church as a whole. Secondly, we will take this information and discern where the Holy Spirit is guiding us to grow on a parish and diocesan level. This will be facilitated through small group gatherings where all people will have the opportunity to share.
We are happy to announce that Lindsay Delisle has agreed to be the facilitator for this project at Annunciation of the Lord Parish, and she is thrilled to be a part of listening to the needs of our community and developing a plan for how to meet those needs.
To facilitate the process of listening, Lindsay and her team will be asking members of our parish to share your stories and ideas, and to help reach the greater community. We are actively recruiting people with a desire to be part of the Synod team; a team that will be running the small group sessions, discerning where we are being called as a parish, etc…
Please take some time to prayerfully consider if this is something in which you feel called to participate. This could be a truly beautiful opportunity to connect with people, listen to their experiences, and be part of creating a vision of growth for our parish moving forward. If this sounds like something right up your alley, please email Lindsay at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hearing Assist Survey
Our parish, Annunciation of the Lord, is planning to install assistive listening technologies in our church and possibly in our hall. Our goal is to provide clear audio to everyone that attends Mass/events at our church. We are seeking feedback about your listening experience while at Annunciation, and would like to get more information about how you might interact with various assistive listening technologies that we are considering for this project. Please complete the following survey at your earliest convenience.
