Thank you to all who made our Parish Breakfast such a great success! Breakfast was served to 300 total after the 9AM and 11AM Masses on April 7th. We give special thanks to the Knights of Columbus for shopping, cooking, and for doing the major cleanup, and to the Catholic Women’s League for organizing the venue, the service, and the baking with assistance from others in the parish. What a wonderful way to celebrate our parish Feast Day!

theCode Book and Bake Sale

theCode Book and Bake Sale at OneWay Ministries from May 9th to 11th is a great opportunity to stock up on faith literature (fiction and non-fiction) while connecting with other brothers and sisters in Christ. There are special hours for specific groups (Moms, youth, etc), so check out the schedule to learn more.

Join the Servants of the Cross as we prepare for the feast of Pentecost with a virtual Pentecost Novena and a book reading of the inspiring book: The Cross and the Switchblade. The Cross and the Switchblade is the story of a country preacher who, step by step, answered a call to do greater things than Jesus did. If you have a hard time “crossing that chicken line” and believing his call on your life, join us for this transformational weekend.

FUN FACT: Did you know that this book was read during that infamous retreat weekend in Duquesne University, that the experience propelled renewal in the Catholic Church back in 1967? Come Holy Spirit!

Let’s meet over a weekend and read this amazing book together! We don’t need to be chickens anymore; let’s share the Gospel with all those we meet.
