CWL Baby Shower for Miriam Centre
Annunciation’s Catholic Women’s League is hosting their annual Baby Shower with donations going to Miriam Centre. You are invited to bring items from the list below and leave them in the church entrance on the weekends of May 9/10, and May 16/17.
About Miriam Centre
Miriam Centre is a bilingual charity helping women and their families who find the circumstances surrounding their pregnancy difficult. At the Centre, they receive emotional support, encouragement and practical help both before and after the birth of their baby. The Miriam Centre also offers support to grieving parents after the loss of a baby through miscarriage, abortion, or infant death. All help is confidential and free.
Miriam Centre does not receive any government support and so relies solely on donations and fundraisers to keep operating. Therefore, financial help is always needed to continue this essential work.
