All seniors are invited to join us monthly for noon Mass, fellowship, and good food. We appreciate a good-will offering to help cover the cost of the meal. Our next event is Oct 21, 2026.

30 minutes before the noon Mass begins, a rosary will be prayed by those gathered in the church. All are invited to join.

Our October speaker is Sylva Sheridan. Sylva is the current Lay Director for the Ottawa Catholic Cursillo Community. His focus with Cursillo is reconnecting Cursillistas with each other in shared friendship. Sylva’s faith journey has been formed through Curisllo and Challenge (the youth wing of Cursillo). Sylva is a final term PhD Student and Contract Instructor with the Department of Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University. His doctoral research explores Secondary Trauma with Indigenous Justice Work. In his spare time, he is often found at the family cottage in Blue Sea, Quebec and enjoys spending time with his family, his nephews (including his fourth Godson, Trey) and the family dog, Arnie.
