The Parish extends its sincere gratitude to all who support AoTLP financially and through your dedicated service. Whether as a parishioner, a member of the Clergy, a ministry leader, a volunteer, an employee, or a service provider, your collective contribution and collaboration have made 2025 another banner year in our Evangelization Mission!
Ours is a very vibrant Parish! It all begins with the Liturgical Celebrations Ministry (Clergy, Sacristans, Altar Servers, Choirs (x3), Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers/Greeters). This is followed by a multitude of programs that provide an opportunity to participate and/or get involved as a volunteer: Alpha Series (daytime and evening), Alpha Series Youth, Catholic Women’s League, First Prep, Garden Ministry, Knights of Columbus, Prayer Ministry, RClA, Roots, Seniors Ministry (monthly luncheons), Summer Camp, The Greenhouse, The Lighthouse, Young Adults Ministry, and the list continues. In addition, we collaborated with the Diocese to share the resources offered by NET Ministries to run our Youth Programs, rather than hire a full-time Youth Coordinator. From a property management perspective, in 2025, we renovated the kitchen in the Parish Hall, we continued to modernize the lighting in the church, we did major renovations of the bathrooms in the rectory, we insulated the Parish Hall and bathrooms to enhance comfort and useability, and we did necessary emergency repairs to the roof. In 2026, we will continue with the modernization and renovation of our facilities. The PFC may have to draw from the Reserve Fund in 2026 to complete ongoing work and address other essential capital needs.
The accompanying financial statements (Balance Sheet, Statement of Revenues and Expenditures, Budget versus Actual with 2026 Budget projections) provide an overview of AoTLP's financial position as of December 31, 2025. The year concluded with an operating deficit of approximately $16,000.00, representing less than 2% of total revenues and expenditures. In mid-2025, the Parish transferred to a new accounting system (QuickBooks Online Plus) which now allows the PFC to manage the financial affairs of the Parish in real time.
